Instructions for running the interactive 3D Deck model

When you click on the Interactive Demo link, a new window will appear.

You may need to download the real-time 3D plug-in required to run the model. This process is automatic and may take a few minutes. When the Vislite digital certificate appears, click on the Yes button to install the plug-in. Please note that if you are running Windows 2000 or XP, you must be logged in as Administrator for the plug-in to install.

Once the plug-in is installed, the Interactive 3D Deck model will be loaded. The loading progress will be indicated by a black bar.

You can interact with the 3D Deck model using the mouse in the following ways: -

• Left-click and drag the mouse to view the deck at a different angle.
• Right-click and drag to resize the deck within the window.
• Left or right-click on the backrest to raise or lower it.
• Left-click on either of the feet to open or close them and adjust the deck height
• Select the Step button to see how the deck can be used for Step Aerobics
• Select the Dumb-bell button to see how the deck and dumb-bells can be used for strength-building exercises.
• Select the Resistance Tube button to see how the deck and resistance tube can be used for strength-building exercises.

The features of the deck are also explained in the 3D model as you move the mouse over them.
